Terms & Services
These terms govern your use of Cashly’s cash delivery service, including order limits, fees, delivery conditions, payment timing, cancellations, and acceptable use.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Cashly, you agree to these Terms & Services. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Cashly complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
2. Service Description
Cashly is a cash delivery service. A customer requests a physical cash amount, an operator coordinates fulfillment, and a rider delivers the cash to the customer’s location.
For the current service described in the product brief, the normal request range is EGP 500 to EGP 5,000, the delivery fee starts at EGP 50, and service hours start at 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Service radius and coverage may vary by area.
Cashly is not a bank, payment processor, e-wallet, or lending service. InstaPay is used separately by the customer to send payment to the operator once the rider arrives and payment details are confirmed.
3. Orders, Fees, and Payment
Accurate information. You must provide accurate delivery, contact, and order details. Cashly may decline or cancel orders based on inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious, or unverifiable information.
Displayed fees. Fees, limits, and available amounts may change over time. The amounts shown to you at checkout or order confirmation are the amounts that apply to that order unless a clear error occurred.
Timing of payment. Cashly’s intended flow is payment upon rider arrival. You should not send payment before the rider is at the agreed delivery point and the payment instructions match the order.
Payment verification. The rider may wait until the operator confirms receipt of the InstaPay transfer before handing over the cash. Cashly may refuse handover if payment cannot be verified.
4. Delivery, Delays, Cancellations, and Refusals
Estimated delivery times are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, rider availability, safety conditions, cash availability, network issues, or service demand.
You may cancel an order before the rider picks up the cash. Once pickup is confirmed or the rider is near arrival, Cashly may limit cancellation or charge applicable fees where permitted.
Cashly may refuse, suspend, or terminate any order where staff or riders face safety concerns, the customer is unreachable, payment cannot be verified, the location is inaccessible, or fraudulent or abusive conduct is suspected.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not
Use Cashly for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading transactions, impersonate another person, submit false addresses, or interfere with the safety of riders, operators, or partners.
You are responsible for
Maintaining accurate information, being available at the delivery point, reviewing order details carefully, and following payment instructions only when the rider has arrived.
6. Service Availability and Changes
Cashly may change the app, website, supported areas, operating hours, payment instructions, order limits, fees, delivery process, and partner model at any time. We may also temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, operational issues, compliance requirements, or safety concerns.
7. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
Cashly provides the service on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery within a specific time window, or compatibility with every device or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cashly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, customer delay, third-party payment outages, bank or network issues, unsafe delivery conditions, or events outside Cashly’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Practical rule for customers
Only send the InstaPay transfer when the rider is physically at your door or agreed delivery point, the order details match, and the payment instructions shown by Cashly are correct for that order.
8. Contact and Updates
Questions about these Terms & Services should be directed to Cashly through the support details made available in the official app or on the official website. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version published here will apply from its stated effective date.
